What is your return policy?
Navicore offers a 30-day no-hassle return policy for all of its products. Products must be returned in their original condition. We are not held responsible for any damages that occur during installation of our products.
What can I do if I receive a damaged part?
We recommend that before acceping the package, inspect it and if damaged, sign for the shipment as "received damaged". The shipping company will then be responsible for the damaged part.
After receiving and signing for the part, contact us via telephone or email and we will assist you with the claim and replacement process.
